By using YT Wallpaper (“the app”) and its optional sync service, you agree to these terms.
The service
The app plays clips of videos as your macOS desktop wallpaper. The optional account keeps a list of your clips and saved videos in sync across your Macs. It is provided free of charge and may change or be discontinued at any time.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the videos you choose to use and for complying with YouTube's Terms of Service and the rights of content owners. Use clips only for your personal, non-commercial viewing.
- Do not abuse, overload, or try to gain unauthorized access to the sync service.
Accounts
You sign in with Google or Apple and can stop using the account at any time. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service. How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
No warranty
The app and service are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app or service.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
